Price & Cost Effectiveness:
Hostrocket's pricing structure is very similar to other web hosting companies. Although their pricing is slightly higher than other web hosting companies, they do offer discounts if you are committed for a certain amount of time. Their pricing starts at $9.95 with a 2 year commitment and $14.95 without any commitments. Besides pricing, they offer features that other web hosting companies dare not offer such as unlimited sub-domains and telnet access. Many companies offer a limited amount of sub-domains and do not both offering telnet due to security breaches, but not Hostrocket.

Reliability:
All of Hostrocket's servers are on at least a dual Pentium 3 1 GHZ environment. In other words, you will never be on a server slower than a 2 GHz machine. Furthermore, each machine has at least 3 - 4 GB of random access memory. While other web hosting companies may put several thousand users onto one server, Hostrocket puts several hundred users per server. Hostrocket is currently running Red Hat 7.2 on all servers. They put few users onto each server, and each server has lesser people than the average web hosting company.

Data Center :
Hostrocket current utilities Time Warner AOL for its bandwidth. Their data center currently holds over 50 servers and they have a fully redundant power supply. They are constantly adding servers on a bi-monthly basis. They also hold less than a thousand users per servers, which makes their reliability of their up to par with our top competitors. Unfortunately, they do have downtime for their web hosting a couple times per year due to their backbone provider.

Customer Service :
Hostrocket offers toll free support for all of its customers, however, it is only from Monday through Friday. On the weekends, only support via email is provided. When we sent them a trouble ticket, they responded to trouble tickets in less than 30 minutes and activation time for our new web hosting account was less than 5 minutes, which is a big plus.

Control Panel :
Hostrocket is using a newer version of CPanel. It has every single feature of CPanel and basically their design of the control panel makes it very appealing to use. Because Hostrocket is using the latest version of CPanel, their control panel has many more features that other CPanel's do not have. So do not assume that you are getting the same Cpanel as you would expect from other web hosting companies. So far, Hostrocket seems to have the best setup of CPanel for web hosting accounts that has been seen. 

Overall :
In general, Hostrocket offers one of the most appealing web hosting packages out there on the web. Even though their prices are slightly higher than average, their outstanding performance on their server and comprehensive list of features make this host a superior candidate for your hosting needs.
